For specifiers

Specify NuGreen
with confidence.

Technical performance, environmental data and project-specific support for engineers, producers and infrastructure teams.

Technical foundation

Built on the standards
you already specify to

  • ASTM C1157

Performance Specification for Hydraulic Cement — the NuGreen binder conforms to this performance-based cement standard.

  • ASTM C94

Standard Specification for Ready-Mixed Concrete — NuGreen concrete is produced in accordance with conventional ready-mix practice.

  • CSI MasterFormat 03 30 00

Cast-in-Place Concrete — where NuGreen is specified within standard project documentation.

  • ASTM C39 & durability methods

Compressive strength per ASTM C39; reported durability results per ASTM C666 (freeze-thaw), C1202 (chloride penetration) and C1012 (sulfate), with primary reports being consolidated. C1202 is not used as the principal chloride-transport qualification. Fly ash feedstock meets ASTM C618.

Technical performance

* Benchmark comparisons are NuGreen calculations vs published NRMCA / PCA industry reference data — methodology. The typical 28-day design range and the reported high-performance result describe different conditions and are never interchangeable. Strength and durability figures are reported results; primary laboratory reports are being consolidated into the substantiation file. Hot-weather performance is under validation with a UAE ready-mix partner; no temperature limits are stated until that programme reports.

Project support

Start with the data sheet

It answers most first-round questions: strength development, durability results, standards conformance and environmental figures. What follows depends on your aggregates, exposure conditions and acceptance criteria — prepared per project, not published.

Evaluation

Move from data to concrete

The strongest evaluation is a physical one — under your materials, your mix design and your acceptance criteria.
